Security Deposit
A deposit of $125 is required to secure the event date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be
credited to your total balance. This deposit is used to secure the Date of the client’s event.
Should the client need to cancel services or change the date of the event, the deposit will not be
returned and a new deposit will be required for services on another date. The client’s security
deposit will be returned should the Dj need to cancel for ANY reason. Security deposits made
online must be given no sooner than 7 days prior to your event. Your deposit will be returned to
you if it has been received within this time.

Charges, Fees, & Rates
Turn It Up Dj does NOT charge extra fees for set up, break down, MC services, or travel. The
number of hours as determined by the client are the hours in which the Dj will be on site and
prepared to play and/or provide related services. Said time will be mutually agreed upon by both
the Dj and Client prior to the event. Should the client require services in excess of this time on
the day of the event, further services will result in overtime charges. The client also agrees to

Overtime
Overtime services are soley based upon the Dj’s availability. Overtime charges will be
accumulated in half hour increments (or any portion thereof) and will be added to your due
balance. For the overtime rate, please refer to the statement which will be provided for you upon
receipt of your deposit.

Payments
Acceptable forms of payments are Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders, or Paypal. Please make
all checks/money orders payable to: Turn It Up Dj. Checks or Money Orders from financial
institutions outside the United States are not accepted. Should a personal check be returned, a
$25 charge will be added to the client’s due balance and all future payments will only be
accepted in Cash or Money Order. Due balance, overtime, and other charges incurred must be
paid on the day of the event, no later.

Future References
Turn It Up Dj receives many new clients via referral. As a client of Turn It Up Dj, your contact
information will NEVER be shared without prior written or verbal consent. Turn It Up Dj may
contact you for consent to provide this information to potential clients for the purposes of being
used as a reference in the future.
